a modern and comfortably furnished Algarve villa , perfect for two people or a
small family holiday. It is located in the picturesque hills near the
large village of Santa Barbara de nexe and is offered for rental for the
first time.
It has two attractively furnished bedrooms, a twin
and a double. There is a large shower room with bidet and a large walk-in
shower.
The open plan living and dining room has French
windows leading onto the spacious pool terrace. The pool terrace is well equipped
with dining furniture, sun loungers and parasols. There is a small garden
and a separate bbq area.
The villa, which adjoins the owners house, is completely
self-contained with its own entrance, exclusive use of the pool, terrace,
garden and parking area. The pool area is not overlooked and privacy is
ensured.
For the months of November to March, there is a
heating surcharge of 30 euros per week.
